Annual Maintenance

Annual Service Yearly One-Hour

  • Road test of vehicle in mixed driving conditions to listen for abnormal noises or drivability concerns
  • Light Check – and repair if required (repair, extra cost vehicle dependent)
  • Lubricate Locks, hinges, pivots
  • Check engine air filter – replace if required (extra cost vehicle dependent)
  • Check Cabin air filter (most vehicles) – replace if required (extra cost vehicle dependent)
  • Visual under hood inspection of components and fluids (sealed transmissions without dipsticks extra)
  • Fill Washer fluid
  • Brake fluid moisture level check and record
  • Note engine oil level and condition of oil removed Coolant Freeze point check and record
  • Engine oil and filter change (replace drain plug / gasket, vehicle dependent)
  • Check suspension components for play
  • Check steering components for play
  • Grease any serviceable fittings on driveline, steering or suspension
  • Check drive line for play
  • Remove road wheels and rotate tires if required, swap to winter/summer set (if on wheels)
  • Measure and record brake pad and rotor condition
  • Tire Condition and Pressure Check, adjust pressure (including spare tire if accessible)
  • Clean wheel/hub mating surface and or apply anti seize for wheel hub centre bore (vehicle dependent)
  • Discount provided ½ off, on mount and balance to swap from summer/winter sets if done during service
  • Pressure wash and clean under hood rad, condenser rinse (vehicle and weather dependent)
  • Reset maintenance reminder and or install service reminder sticker
  • Complete digital multi point inspection report
  • Report and suggest and upcoming maintenance items
  • Record work completed and any recommendations in vehicle history
  • Any work requiring additional costs will be authorised by contacting customer before work is completed.
  • Diagnostic’s or warning light scanning or is extra.

Semi-Annual Service Every 6-Months 1/2 Hour

  • Light Check
  • Under Hood Visual inspection of fluid levels, belts or leaks
  • Engine air filter (if accessible)
  • Fill washer fluid
  • Under hood visual inspection of exposed engine components
  • Engine oil and filter change (replace drain plug / gasket, vehicle dependent)
  • Tire Condition and Pressure Check, adjust pressure (not spare tire)
  • Under Vehicle visual inspection of exposed suspension and drive train components.
  • Visual Inspection of brakes if possible without removing wheels
  • Reset maintenance reminder and or install oil reminder sticker
  • Suggest any upcoming maintenance items
  • Record work completed and any recommendations in vehicle history
